About me
I was born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, and raised in Fort St. John, British Columbia. I now reside in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. My work is deeply rooted in my Métis identity and reflects an ongoing journey of reconnection, storytelling, and cultural exploration.

I am best known for my oil paintings that center Indigenous identity, beauty, and presence. Through portraiture, I explore the complexities of belonging, resilience, and place within contemporary society. My work aims to create space for Indigenous faces and stories that are both personal and powerful. I have exhibited paintings in Vancouver through the Federation of Canadian Artists on Granville Island and have sold various prints of my work.

Alongside my painting practice, I also work in graphic design, creating and selling stationery featuring Métis-inspired pointillism and affirmational language. This part of my practice allows me to make my work more accessible while continuing to share Indigenous design and storytelling in everyday forms.

My practice is both a personal and collective act of healing. It is grounded in a deep respect for cultural knowledge, traditions, and a continuous desire to learn. Through my work, I aim to honour my roots while contributing to the evolving presence of contemporary Indigenous art.
